Divine Hope Mission

Frequently Asked Questions

How is Divine Hope Mission different from other charities?

One of the major problems that most people encounter when receiving services from a charity organization is a misunderstanding of the served and their needs within the context of their socio-cultural experiences. Divine Hope Mission transcends this obstacle by promoting collaboration among the served and cooperatively “working with” and “alongside them” with compassion, love, and understanding.

Where do most of Divine Hope Mission's resources go?

Resources go to the remote communities and isolated villages in Nigeria where access to the necessities of life is minimal and, in most cases, non-existent. Grounded in Umume-Obodoukwu, Imo State, Nigeria, we envision a future where we would expand the programs of Divine Hope Mission to other areas in need.

What is your Mission?

The purpose of the medical center would be to provide quality ongoing primary medical and mental health services and to serve as a home base for Divine Hope medical missions and outreach programs. We also offer practical skills training programs for those in need to enable them to care for themselves and support their families. In addition, we provide food items to individuals and families who lack the resources or have limited means to feed themselves and their families.

Anaeche, Ph.D., LMFT, started the Divine Hope Mission; the organization welcomes all who share its values and mission into its family.
